A significant agreement between Outotec and CTS Engtec
Global leader in minerals and metals processing technology, Outotec has granted a major detailed design assignment to the Finnish engineering, consulting and project management company CTS Engtec Oy.
CTS Engtec is responsible for layout design, process instrumentation, process piping and process electrification of Malomir and Pioneer gold concentrators and Pokrovskiy autoclave and hydrometallurgical plant. All plants are located in Amur region, Russian Far East.
The plants are owned by the Russian Petropavlovsk Group, which is the third biggest gold producer in Russia. The Petropavlovsk -project has started in September.
The contract further strengthens CTS Engtec´s position as one of the leading engineering companies in mining and metals industry. CTS Engtec has many on going mining industry projects in Finland including Sotkamo Silver and Endomines.
Outotec received additional orders from the Russian Petropavlovsk Group
Outotec has signed contracts for detail engineering and delivery of gold pressure oxidation (POX) technology with the Russian Petropavlovsk Group of Companies. The contracts are together worth EUR 34 million.
The projects will be completed in August 2012.
